We value the fact that the fisherman can taste, at the end of each fishing day, some specimens captured, but we give equal importance to the concept of "catch and release", so that the island of Flores can continue to have the adrenaline and excitement that is missing in all European coasts.

The diversity of catches is dominant keynote virtually throughout the year, from the rare dogfish and rays, through the roosterfish, sea breams, red seabreams and rockfish or the abundant anchovies and beaked XXL, the most desired snappers, snappers, lilies, grouper and chernes. It is a coast that is usually generous in abundance and size of the specimens. In their season, the Bonitos, yellowfin tunas, billfishes and Wahoo`s come to the island.
