Cais de Agosto 2023

The 2023 edition of the Cais de Agosto festival will take place between 26th and 30th July and presents the following program:

Program:

• July 26th – Wednesday:

  • 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. – Opening day of the Book Fair (Temporary Exhibition Gallery of the Whaling Industry Museum, on the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th);

  • 12 p.m. – Opening day of the Gastronomic Fair (Sousa & Filhos Lda. parking lot, on the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th);

  • 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. – Opening day of the Flavors of the Cellar (Gastronomic Fair, on the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th);

  • 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. – Craft Fair (Rua do Cais, on the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th);

  • 8:30 p.m. – XVI Festival of Philharmonic Bands of Pico Island (Municipal Garden and Cais Velho Stage);

• July 27th – Thursday:

  • 2 p.m. – Boat trips and whaling boat (Registration at the Secretariat);

  • 4 p.m. – Boat trips and whaling boat (Registration at the Secretariat);

  • 7 p.m. – Triangle Kiosk (Gastronomic Tent);

  • 8 p.m. – André Azevedo (Cais Velho Stage);

  • 9 p.m. – Sons em Triângulo (Cais Velho Stage);

  • 10:30 p.m. – Zurrapa (Continente Stage);

  • 11:30 p.m. – Maninho (Continente Stage);

  • 1 a.m. – Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (Praceta dos Baleeiros);
