Like many other festivities in the Azores, the Festas do Nordeste (Nordeste Festivities) will return in 2022, with a full schedule of activities. It will take place between July 14 and 18.
Here’s the program:
July 14 – Thursday:
-21h00 – Inauguration of the festivities’ lighting | Charanga dos Bombeiros Voluntários do Nordeste (Route: Rua Capitão Machado, Ponte dos Sete Arcos and Praça da República);
-21h30 – Immaculate Conception Philharmonic (Municipal Garden)
-23h00 – Blaya (Stage of the Festivities);
-01h00 until 03h00 – DJ Soulshy (Festival Stage).
July 15 – Friday:
-18h30 until 19h30 – Bombomania Drum Group (Ponte dos 7 Arcos and Praça da República);
-21h00 -Filarmónica Estrela do Oriente (Jardim do Município);
-22h00 – Jéssica Amaro (Festival Stage);
-23h00 – Quim Barreiros (Festival Stage);

July 16 – Saturday:
